I will pay to move you from your current home in North Metro Atlanta to a new home in North Metro Atlanta, all you have to do is Hire My Team to find you your new home and sell your existing home.

With an offer like this you know their will be fine print, so here it is…

1) You must not have a buyer's agency agreement with another agent, if you have canceled one you must provide a copy of the canceled agreement. While looking at properties you must notify me or my assistant that a prior agent showed you the property. If you chose to buy a property you were previously shown by another agent this offer is void.

 

2) You must list current home for sale with my team, and it must sell while we are the listing agents, if not you will agree to reimburse Norman Lavoie the full cost of the move plus any collection fees.

 

3) The total sales price of your new and old home must be at least $360,000 to qualify for this offer.

 

4) You must have all your possessions boxed and ready to move at the specified time for the movers, if your not ready to move when they show up you will be responsible for an overage fee of $125 per hour or any portion of for a 3 man crew, $150 per hour or any portion of for a 4 man crew and $190 per hour or any portion of for a 5 man 2 truck crew.

 

5) All free moves are subject to the sole discretion of Norman Lavoie Jr.
